Plaque Dedication Ceremony Marks Renovation of Welland Mills Project
THOROLD, August 21, 2006 — The Government of Canada, the Government of Ontario, Niagara Region and the City of Thorold held a plaque dedication ceremony at the Welland Mills affordable housing project. The project will create 18 units of affordable housing in the City of Thorold under the Canada – Ontario Affordable Housing Program.
